Job Description

As a Bowling Desk Clerk Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the bowling desk, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing a team of desk clerks. Your role will include handling bookings, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records to promote a seamless experience for every patron.

Responsibilities

  • Train new desk clerks on operational standards and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management for supplies and promotional items.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding staff performance and customer suggestions.
  • Engage in promotional activities to enhance lane bookings.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere at the bowling desk.
  • Conduct regular checks on lane and desk equipment for operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with other departments to optimize service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and share best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality or management are advantageous
Experience
  • Previous experience in the sports/leisure industry will be an advantage
