We are on the lookout for an experienced Pharmacy Operations Lead in Peterborough. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the smooth operation of our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with health regulations and providing leadership to our pharmacy team. The role requires a blend of operational excellence and a commitment to customer care.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with NHS and other regulations.
• Train and develop pharmacy staff in best practices.
• Evaluate pharmacy performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Engage with patients to enhance their pharmacy experience.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock delivery.
• Monitor prescription accuracy and patient safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5 to 7 years in a pharmacy role, including supervisory experience.
