Job Description

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner in Leicester. This position requires excellent clinical judgement and the ability to provide comprehensive health assessments. You will play a vital role in improving patient health outcomes while collaborating with a team of skilled practitioners.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Co-ordinate patient referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Conduct research and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Master's degree with a focus on Advanced Practice Nursing is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in family health or urgent care settings.
