Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for devising and implementing innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating compelling content and a deep understanding of various social platforms. You will oversee the creation and management of social media campaigns while analysing their effectiveness to fine-tune our approach. You will play a critical role in fostering relationships with our audience and creating a vibrant community around our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the social media content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Create campaigns that build community and encourage user-generated content.
  • Measure and report on the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to marketing.
  • Identify new trends and platforms for potential marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for social media.
  • Train team members on effective social media practices.
  • Engage with followers and manage communications effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
