Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Cambridge. The successful candidate will oversee a team dedicated to maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing logistics processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment processes.
  • Lead the team in implementing best practices for storage and inventory.
  • Address any operational issues promptly to maintain workflow.
  • Engage in effective communication with upper management regarding logistics planning.
  • Facilitate a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and morale.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a similar qualification
Experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
