Job Description

As a Hoist and Winch Operator, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations by efficiently retrieving and packing orders. Your attention to detail will ensure that all shipments meet our high standards for accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the hoisting and winch operations.
• Perform quality checks on packaged goods before shipment.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in loading of delivery vehicles as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in operating hoisting equipment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Safety regulations compliance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to work flexible hours: Willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
