Job Description

As a Tax Consultant at Leading Tax Solutions Ltd., you will play a vital role in delivering expert tax advice to our clients. You will be responsible for preparing tax returns, advising clients on tax issues, and ensuring compliance with current tax legislation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a passion for helping clients navigate their tax obligations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client meetings to assess tax needs.
• Draft and present tax strategies to clients.
• Evaluate tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle complex tax issues and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with legal teams regarding compliance matters.
• Perform continuous education on tax updates for clients.
• Lead workshops and seminars about tax strategies.
• Manage workflow and deadlines effectively.
• Facilitate communication between clients and HMRC.
• Mentor junior staff in tax compliance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business or Finance
• CTA or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of taxation experience, preferably in a consultancy setting

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis

• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
