Job Description

As a Room Service Bellhop in our prestigious hotel, your main responsibility will be to deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms with promptness and professionalism. You will be instrumental in creating a delightful experience for each guest, ensuring they receive only the best service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their room service requests.
• Deliver food and amenities efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Process and record transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Help maintain inventories and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist guests with special requests, including dietary restrictions.
• Participate in training sessions for new staff.
• Provide assistance during busy periods to ensure service continuity.
• Offer local recommendations and assistance with transportation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar customer service role is a plus.
