Job Description

As the Resort Manager, you will be the driving force behind all daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while maintaining operational and financial targets. You will lead a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment while implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring excellent service standards across all resort departments.
  • Drive staff performance and engagement through effective training and development.
  • Develop and implement budget plans, monitoring expenses and revenue.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and improve guest services.
  • Uphold health and safety standards and compliance for all operations.
  • Evaluate guest feedback and implement improvements.
  • Plan and coordinate resort events and activities for guests.
  • Maintain effective communication with the team and senior management.
  • Promote sustainability practices within operational procedures.
  • Organize staff schedules to ensure adequate service coverage.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in the hospitality sector
