Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall guest experience strategy to achieve high satisfaction scores.

  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the housekeeping and maintenance functions to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Implement promotional campaigns to increase hotel visibility and occupancy.
  • Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Attend industry events to network and promote the hotel.
  • Foster a luxury culture throughout the hotel through exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in a management role within the hospitality sector
