Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving our financial strategy by analysing data and preparing comprehensive reports. The role involves collaboration with various teams to optimise financial performance and support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and create detailed reports to inform management decisions.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather required financial information for reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy.
• Support quarterly reviews and budget preparation activities.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Develop financial models to forecast business performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, ACCA) is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
