Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Hotel General Manager to oversee our Bolton establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to our team, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Direct the operational activities of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction.
Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of hotel staff.
Develop and oversee marketing plans and community relations.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.
Establish and maintain extensive contacts in the industry.
Monitor and manage hotel occupancy rates to maximize revenue.
Handle financial transactions and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Create a positive atmosphere for staff and guests alike.
Analyze market trends and generate actionable insights.
Drive initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
Relevant certifications will be an advantage
Experience
5+ years of managerial experience in the hotel industry
