Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Hotel General Manager to oversee our Bolton establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to our team, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operational activities of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of hotel staff.
  • Develop and oversee marketing plans and community relations.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.
  • Establish and maintain extensive contacts in the industry.
  • Monitor and manage hotel occupancy rates to maximize revenue.
  • Handle financial transactions and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Create a positive atmosphere for staff and guests alike.
  • Analyze market trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Relevant certifications will be an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in the hotel industry
