Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Foundry Mold and Coremaker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise sand molds and cores based on technical specifications, ensuring high-quality metal casting processes.

Responsibilities

• Craft sand molds according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure proper preparation of sand mixtures for casting processes.
• Effectively operate molding machines and tools to create high-quality molds.
• Monitor and control the pouring and cooling of molten metal in molds.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of molds and finished castings.
• Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Work with colleagues to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Record all necessary production and maintenance data accurately.
• Provide support in troubleshooting issues with molds or equipment.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance process efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in metal casting is desirable

Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in foundry work

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
