Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cotton Ginner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating ginning machinery and ensuring the efficient processing of cotton from harvest to bale formation.
Responsibilities
Manage processing of cotton from harvest to bale formation.
Ensure machinery operates effectively and efficiently.
Conduct routine checks for quality assurance.
Collaborate with the production team to improve processes.
Document production outputs and machine performance.
Handle maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Train new staff on ginning operations and safety practices.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional certifications in cotton ginning (preferred)
Experience
Prior experience in cotton ginning or related field is required.
Technical Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of cotton processing techniques
