Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will handle various insurance claims, from initial assessment to final resolution. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be essential as you work with clients and external partners. Responsibilities

  • Investigate claims thoroughly and determine appropriate outcomes.
  • Liaise with clients to explain the claims process and updates.
  • Assess and evaluate damages or losses to establish claim value.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all claims handled.
  • Collaborate with other teams for necessary support and information.
  • Utilise claims management software to track and process claims.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, or related field
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in claims adjustment or insurance operations
