Job Description

As an Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerk, you will be at the forefront of our claims processing team. You will evaluate and manage insurance claims, ensuring clients receive the best possible service. Your expertise will help clients navigate their coverage options and ensure timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Review insurance applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Resolve disputes and discrepancies in claims with clients and insurers.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of insurance practices.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving claims processing workflows.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing insights into customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualifications in Insurance or Risk Management preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role is advantageous
