Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to provide technical guidance and solutions tailored to client needs. By collaborating with various teams, you will design, develop, and implement software applications that drive efficiency and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and deliver technical insights.
  • Design, configure, and implement technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical issues.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and optimise performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation and reports related to client engagements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field
  • Relevant certifications are a bonus
Experience
  • 3+ years in a technical consultant role or similar
