Job Description

As a Data Scientist in our Cambridge office, you will leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and drive strategic decisions. Your role will involve designing and implementing predictive models and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our data-driven decisions. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about applying data science techniques to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritise analytics projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and improve data collection mechanisms.
  • Research and apply the latest machine learning techniques to enhance data models.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineers to enhance data infrastructure.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on quantitative analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a data-driven role
