Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Solutions Manager to oversee and enhance our operational and strategic supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• Establish and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Manage budgets and forecasts related to supply chain operations.
• Use KPIs to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance supply chain technologies and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• ERP Software Proficiency

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• APICS Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
