Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will leverage data to uncover insights, drive decision-making, and contribute to the overall performance of the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilising statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to interpret complex datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and structure data from multiple departments.
  • Create analytical models to improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer behaviour.
  • Develop data mining strategies to improve data collection and analysis.
  • Support ongoing data initiatives and recommend new approaches.
  • Collaborate with software teams to enhance analytics infrastructure.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving data literacy across the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
