Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PC Support Technician to join our team. As a PC Support Technician, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our staff members, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Support staff with remote desktop access and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and manage IT equipment and resources.
  • Assist during the deployment of new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Document procedures and processes for system maintenance.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
  • Improve user experience through training and support.
  • Maintain a user-friendly help desk environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCP)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar PC support role.

Advantageous
