As an Electron-Beam Photo Mask Maker, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality photo masks by utilizing electron-beam lithography techniques. You will collaborate closely with design engineers and researchers to achieve the precision required for microelectronic device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Generate and refine photo masks using advanced electron-beam lithography.
• Conduct system calibrations to ensure high precision in mask production.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and timelines.
• Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise mask fabrication projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Analyze data to improve production methods based on research findings.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma in Microelectronics or relevant experience

Experience

• Experience with photomask fabrication for microelectronics is highly desirable.
