Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care in accordance with care plans.
• Encourage and promote positive relationships among residents.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Use equipment and technology as necessary for patient well-being.
• Act quickly in emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
• Stay updated on training regarding new healthcare regulations and practices.
• Support the onboarding of new staff members.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by senior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Health and Social Care
• First Aid certification preferred

Experience

• Experience working in a care home or similar environment is preferred

Certifications

• Health and Safety Level 2

Languages

• English: Fluent
