Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch products.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory.
• Unload inbound shipments and prepare products for shipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in the warehouse.
• Mentor new operatives on best practices.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Utilize technology to manage warehouse data effectively.
• Handle returns and restocking of items.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and machinery.
• Work collaboratively to meet operational objectives.

Requirements

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse role preferred.

• Forklift operation

Languages
