Job Description

As an Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play an essential role in operating and maintaining machinery that combines materials to create high-quality products. You will ensure the quality of the final product meets company standards while adhering to all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Regulate the operation of the machinery to ensure smooth processing.
• Conduct quality inspections of the final product and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
• Provide troubleshooting support for the machinery during production.
• Follow up with the quality assurance team to resolve any quality issues.
• Assist with the training of new team members to enhance productivity.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and improvement strategies.
• Participate in safety training and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing is a plus
