Job Description

As a Construction Site Manager at Premier Construction Ltd., you will manage and coordinate all aspects of construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. You will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and liaising with clients and contractors to ensure quality outcomes. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a positive site environment while driving performance.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct site meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders on site activities and project milestones.
  • Ensure all work conforms to quality standards and regulations.
  • Address site-related problems promptly and effectively.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and services needed for the project.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Track project expenditures and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of site staff.
  • Implement effective communication plans among all team members.
  • Develop contingency plans for project delays or setbacks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Building Studies)
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management
