Job Description

Join our healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner in Belfast, where you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive care to our patients. You will be responsible for performing assessments, implementing care plans, and ensuring the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
  • Educate patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in health outreach programmes and community awareness initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Nurse Practitioner certification required
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
