Job Description

As an Urban Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping the city's growth and development. This position offers the chance to work on various projects, including land use planning, community consultation, and environmental assessments.

Responsibilities

• Implement urban planning strategies that comply with local and national guidelines.
• Manage urban regeneration projects from inception to completion.
• Advise on environmental assessments for new developments.
• Work with government agencies to secure necessary approvals.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and public meetings to discuss urban policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in urban planning or related roles

Certifications

• Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI)
