Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Contract Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will review, analyse, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of standard contract templates and guidelines.
Monitor contract performance and provide periodic reports to management.
Support the procurement team in sourcing and supplier management.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract management.
Conduct market research to gather data for negotiations.
Prepare presentations on contract performance for senior management meetings.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
Paralegal certification is advantageous
Experience
2-3 years of experience in contract management or a related field
