Job Description

As a Logging Worker, you will be responsible for scaling up various terrains, including mountains and cliffs. Your role will involve using advanced climbing techniques and ensuring the safety of equipment and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead climbing expeditions and ensure team safety at all times.
  • Evaluate climbing gear regularly for safety and compliance.
  • Assist in the development of safety protocols for climbs.
  • Collaborate with environmental agencies regarding climbing routes.
  • Promote sustainable logging practices in climbing locations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and workshops.
  • Provide mentorship to junior climbers and logging workers.
