We are currently seeking an experienced Mica Miner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mining and processing mica, ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the extraction process and ensure environmental compliance.

• Implement and adhere to operational protocols for safety and quality.
• Collaborate with geologists and engineers on extraction strategies.
• Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Document mining activities and prepare reports for management.
• Engage with local communities to promote responsible mining practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in heavy machinery operation are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mica mining or related field.
