Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create new designs for seasonal collections.
• Conduct research on trends and consumer preferences.
• Communicate with production teams regarding design specifications.
• Assist in overseeing the production process from initial design to final product.
• Evaluate samples during fittings and suggest improvements.
• Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions with the design team.
• Work with the marketing team to align design concepts with brand strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in fashion design
