Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interior Space Planner to join our creative team in Burnley. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with proven skills in space planning and layout optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to identify design goals and preferences.
• Utilise design software to create 3D visualisations of proposals.
• Coordinate with other design specialists for comprehensive service.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
• Attend exhibitions and trade shows to stay abreast of trends.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
• Relevant certifications in design software are beneficial

Experience

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in the interior design sector

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Professional membership with BIID is an advantage
• Health and Safety Certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
