We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Nottingham. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Implement nursing care plans and monitor patient progress.
Administer intravenous therapy and manage infusion devices.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient health.
Educate patients on medication management and disease prevention.
Facilitate communication between patients, families, and medical staff.
Perform wound care and educate patients on wound management.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care coordination.
Requirements
Education
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
Experience
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, ideally in acute care settings
