Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various finishing operations on manufactured products. Your role will be crucial in ensuring quality and efficiency in our production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing machines to produce high-quality products.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to detect potential problems.
• Document production data and complete reports as required.
• Follow all safety protocols while working with heavy machinery.
• Train new operators on machine setup and operational procedures.
• Assist in the development of improved operational processes.
• Participate in quality control to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in a manufacturing discipline preferred

Experience

• Experience with CNC machines is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of CNC operations
• Familiarity with finishing processes

Languages

• English: Fluent
