We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our Edinburgh team. The perfect candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational aspects of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective healthcare programs.
  • Support the healthcare operations manager in strategic planning.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and support professional development opportunities.
  • Manage patient complaints and feedback effectively to improve services.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management roles
