We are seeking a Flight Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team in East Kilbride. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards, with experience in conducting audits and safety assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic audits of flight safety practices and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Collaborate with flight operations to align safety measures with best practices.
• Develop training programmes tailored to enhance staff understanding of safety protocols.
• Keep abreast of the latest aviation safety regulations and apply them within the organisation.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote safety awareness among employees.
• Analyse data from safety reports to identify trends and potential areas for safety enhancement.
• Foster relationships with external regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's safety culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Safety-related field
• Master's degree in Safety Management is a plus

• 5+ years working in flight safety or aviation compliance roles
