Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be an integral part of our healthcare team. Responsible for delivering essential care and support to our patients, you will ensure their comfort and well-being throughout their stay. Responsibilities

  • Support patients with daily care activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Help patients with mobility and transferring needs.
  • Assist in the administration of medication under the supervision of nurses.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
  • Ensure a hygienic and safe environment for all patients.
  • Work as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • CNA certification from an accredited body.
Experience
  • Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals is desirable.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
Soft Skills
  • Adaptability

Advantageous

  • First Aid and CPR certification: Current certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous.
