Job Description

As a Product Innovation Manager, you will spearhead our initiatives in brand management, driving innovation and creating impactful marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our product offerings resonate with market needs and customer preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative product strategies that align with market trends.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and idea generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Establish metrics to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate market testing and analysis for new products.
  • Review performance analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for higher management and stakeholders.
  • Support sales and customer service teams with product training.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with a focus on product innovation
