We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Woodworking Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating woodworking machinery to produce high-quality wood products, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate various woodworking machinery and tools for production.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Work alongside other team members to achieve production targets.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to production processes.
• Assist with the training of new team members.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
