Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Specialist to advocate for our clients and ensure they derive maximum value from our offerings. You will engage with customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide invaluable insights to improve our service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer's advocate within the company, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Drive product adoption and usage through effective customer relationship management.
  • Identify at-risk customers and develop retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create customer success stories and case studies.
  • Utilise customer feedback to influence product improvements and enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Assist customers in achieving their business objectives using our technology solutions.
  • Champion the customer viewpoint in all internal discussions regarding product development.
  • Engage with customers regularly to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer activities and trends for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing
  • Advanced degree preferred, but not required
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role
