Responsibilities

• Help set up and dismantle event equipment
• Engage with attendees to promote products
• Facilitate registration and check-in processes
• Support vendors and sponsors on-site
• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Organize event materials and supplies
• Assist in marketing activities before and during the event
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Document attendee interactions for feedback
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working with event management software is a plus

Technical Skills

• Social media skills
• AV equipment handling

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Advantageous

• First Aid certification: Certification in First Aid is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local event regulations: Familiarity with laws and regulations surrounding events.
