Job Description

As a Building Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects comply with all relevant building codes and regulations. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, reviewing plans, and providing actionable recommendations to ensure public safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites at various stages of work to enforce standards.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Studies or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with demonstrated expertise.

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Regulatory Knowledge

Certifications

• Membership in a relevant professional body is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
