Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Homeowner Association Manager to oversee the operations and management of our homeowner association. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate and property management industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee protocols for homeowner association operations.
  • Facilitate effective communication with the Board of Directors.
  • Direct the financial operations including budget oversight.
  • Maintain the upkeep of communal areas and properties.
  • Resolve disputes among homeowners diplomatically.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers.
  • Schedule and run association meetings.
  • Work alongside legal advisors for compliance issues.
  • Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
  • Promote community cohesion through various initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Professional certifications are an asset.
Experience
  • At least 3 years in community or homeowner association management.

Languages
  • English: Fluent
