Responsibilities

  • Oversee site safety meetings and training.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and project teams.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support team development through coaching and mentoring.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and resolve disputes.
  • Implement best practices in construction management.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with contractual obligations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Professional certifications in Project Management are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
