We are seeking a proactive Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Glasgow. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams throughout the construction project lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Facilitate daily meetings to discuss project status and upcoming tasks.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
Review and approve project designs and plans.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Postgraduate qualification is preferred
