Job Description

As a Land Development Manager, you will oversee and manage the acquisition, development, and utilization of land for various high-profile projects. You will be the key point of contact for all stakeholders including landowners and governmental agencies, ensuring projects align with local regulations and community objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate community engagement processes and public consultations.
  • Oversee the drafting of project proposals and feasibility assessments.
  • Utilize GIS and AutoCAD tools for project planning and design.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Manage a team of junior developers and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field is preferred
  • Membership in industry associations is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in land development
