• Perform quality assurance checks on claims processed by peers.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
• Assist in developing training resources for claims adjusters.

Requirements

Education

• Professional qualifications in insurance (e.g., CII or equivalent)

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in insurance claims handling

Certifications

• Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
