We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory standards and guidelines, conducting audits, and developing compliance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Review and update compliance policies regularly for effectiveness.
• Monitor compliance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Identify compliance risk areas and recommend improvements.
• Communicate compliance changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in industry groups to stay informed about compliance trends.
• Support management in ensuring organization-wide compliance.
• Facilitate external audits and manage relationships with auditors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
• Professional certification in compliance is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with regulatory laws and compliance
