Job Description

We are seeking a Law Firm Administrator to oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of our law firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our firm and providing support to our legal professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the administrative team and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Establish and monitor office procedures in accordance with legal standards.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the law firm's attorneys.
  • Provide assistance in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Maintain a filing system for confidential legal documents.
  • Handle financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the firm.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding for new staff.
  • Plan and organize firm meetings and external client engagements.
  • Develop efficient systems for document management and storage.
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing and business development strategies.
